Founded by Desiree Roberts, a pageant professional with nearly 20 years of industry expertise as a competitor, coach, and judge — Center Stage Elite brings passion, purpose, and unparalleled insight to every client’s journey, enabling them to embrace their unique strengths, amplify their voices, and make a lasting impact.

 

Beyond pageantry, Center Stage Elite offers etiquette lessons and a range of professional development services and workshops including resume and cover letter writing, public speaking coaching, interview preparation, and career and leadership development. Desiree brings 13+ years of Human Resources experience and holds a Master of Science Degree in Human Resources Management as well as a Society for Human Resources Management - Certified Professional Certification (SHRM-CP). 

 

Based in the Bay Area, California, Center Stage Elite works with clients locally and virtually across the world — and we proudly travel to support them in person. In addition to one-on-one coaching, we host dynamic workshops, facilitate group sessions, judge pageants, and welcome opportunities for sponsorships and partnerships.
