Center Stage Elite was founded by Desiree Roberts who has been active in the pageant industry for over 17+ years, including competing, coaching, directing, and judging. Center Stage Elite provides full-service pageant coaching for girls and women to enhance their confidence, poise, communication, interview, and leadership skills.
Center Stage Elite also offers etiquette coaching and professional development services such as resume and cover letter writing, and coaching in public speaking, interviewing, and career and leadership development. Desiree currently works in Human Resources - Learning & Development for a Tech Organization, has worked in Human Resources for over 12 years, and has obtained her Master's of Science Degree in Management - Human Resources and her Society of Human Resources Management - Certified Professional Certification.
We are located in the Bay Area, California, but virtual coaching and services are offered across the world. Additionally, Desiree is available to judge pageants and events, host workshops, and facilitate group sessions.
